I cannot repair or reinstall Office 2016 Pro
I tried a repair because my Outlook was running extremely slow. Then I did an uninstall and reinstall. I get the same error.
Any idea what is causing this?

I do not see Net Framework in my Programs and Features. Should I?
Okay, I personally find that weird since Microsoft .Net Framework is a vital feature.. Try running it and see what happens first?

Try to troubleshoot Microsoft .net framework issue. Or uninstall the previous version then install a new one https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework, plz install 4.7 version.

Before I close this just wanted to update that I tried to install 4.7 and got the message it was installed or a newer version. What's odd is it does not show in Programs and Features.
