Hi Expert,
I have a SharePoint site which is running under SQL Server 2016 with Always On feature. SQL Server services stopped after a sudden power outage. I started SQL Server but I noticed that secondary replicas all databases are not synchronizing/recovery pending status.

How do I recover my SharePoint site. Please help. Screenshot has attached.

Mandatory please check your SQL Server Logs on the primary and also have a look at the details/steps described here: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/alwaysonpro/2017/11/29/availability-group-database-reports-not-synchronizing-recovery-pending/ as of how to recover from "not synchronizing/recovery pending" status"

By default, the error log is located at Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.n\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG and ERRORLOG.n files
