If I have Win 10 home PCs - How much to get Win 10 pro upgrades and how easy to upgrade?

Advised that they cant link to a domain
They said prob wont need to in the future ... adult learning center, they have been pre warned

I get your point, I really do, but if it's an adult learning center and they don't already have a domain, I doubt they are going to need it.

You can do it though, not sure about the cost of it.

That doesn't give upgrade prices, I assume they are diffeerent

Adult learning centers can be for profit and may not qualify for discounts.  Typically, the upgrade costs $200.  I don't believe I've seen "upgrade" pricing.  Also, you CANNOT use volume licenses to upgrade because they REQUIRE Windows Pro to be pre-installed.  (If the machines came with Windows 7 Pro for example).
