email was hacked and now cannot receive email

Email was hacked and sending out spam email.  This is office 365.  Changed password for account.  The account can send email but will not receive.  Is microsoft blocking something on the admin side to prevent account from recieving email?

Logged into Outlook.com and went into settings - rules for the compromised email account.  There was a rule in there that state all email that arrives in the inbox is to be marked read and placed in the RSS feeds folder.  I (admin) did not create this rule nor the employee for the email account.  Any way I can hunt this down and see what happened?  Anything else I should be doing to make sure there are no other issues with this email account?

The hackers may have set that up in order to retrieve your email easily even though you changed the password.

Anyway, to be safe your best bet may be to contact MS support or whoever your are buying your service through. They have much more efficient ways of ensuring everything is clean rather than looking for things that are out of place in your accounts.
We are using OFFICE 365.  Who do I contact for them to look into it?
