HOw to automatically copy pictures from iPhone to laptop

I have 15 field techs that use either an HP Elitebook 840 G5 or a Surface Pro 4.
We want to remotely install iCloud on each and then configure them to automatically upload their pictures from their iPhone 7, 8 , 10 models to their computers.
Is iCloud needed for this? Or can we find another better way of doing it?
I am working with Corporate IT to see if we can put together a package to push down to each of them via Matrix42.

Itunes not needed. Just connect the phone and trust the computer, open the picture folder and copy them to computer.

Also Import to Pictures option available.

You don't have to use iCloud and in fact because your target PCs/Tablets are Windows based I'd recommend you AVOID IT.  iCloud really only works well in an all-Apple ecosystem.

Instead what you do is install MS OneDrive on the iOS devices and enable it so that will copy all photos to the cloud and you can then access on OneDrive on the PC or Tablet
You can also use iTunes and connect your phone to the laptop.  It should start a backup each time you're connected.

You can also use EaseUS mobiMover.

Thank you for all your suggestions. Corporate IT decided to go another way.
I wish I could tell you more, but they are very security conscious and I can't release any more information.
