Exchange on-line room reservations allow double booking
Using Microsoft Azure-Exchange on-line, users are able to book an already booked time slot.
Example: John has placed a series on the Excellence board room to have training in the room for one month continuously. However, Karen was able to book the room when he already had it booked.
How can we disable the ability to double book? Thanks
