How do I remove a snapshot in vSphere?

Hi,

I did some testing on a VM that didn't work out and had to revert to a prior snapshot.  How do I remove the snapshot I don't want w/o having it merge into the rest of them?

Am on 6.7.0 with vSphere 6 & vCenter Server 6.

Thanks!

If you have now reverted to the location you want to be, select DELETE ALL.

You will stay where you are and the later snapshots will be discard, and not merged.

(another method is to CLONE this VM to a new VM), start the new VM, and delete the OLD VM with snapshots.

The new VM will be without snapshots.

Thanks, Andrew.  Was hoping it would be that simple.

Yes, it's simple, just be patient, whilst it deletes.
