How did the NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers reg key get added to all of my machines?

Hi,

I am noticing that a large number of my win 10 machines are still on 1803. I usually use an rmm software for patching but for the feature updates I added a gpo to have client download and install updates including 1903.

I just noticed now that it seems like all of my machines have this registry key added to it.

So even if I force via gpo to download and install, windows will never force restart for the feature update to install since most users never sign out.

Is there any way to figure out how this registry key got added to my computers? As far as I know, this has to be enabled manually.

Thank you
