Email delivery and receipt black hole.

A monthly email to me from a company is reported at their end as having been sent, but I don't receive it. It doesn't go into my spam, and the sender along with their IT dept., don't think they are at fault.

Any ideas what I might try to look for or suggest to them as an investigation into this, or a solution?

Thanks,
k.

Do you have a Spam Firewall that could be blocking it? Mimecast and the like?

Thanks

You would have to check your email firewall for any indication that the message was received and what happened to it after that.
Other end had wrong email address for me after all. Thanks for the pointers anyway.

That is odd because they should have been get back some sort of non-delivery report (NDR) from their own mail server in that case.

But thanks for letting us know.
Ah no, by “wrong” I mean another one - they were sending it to the wrong one.
