If you disable the blocking of links, you need to be very careful in future not to click on a malicious one accidentally ... I cannot recommend that.
The message tells you that there is active web content in the email. This can be harmful or harmless.
For web content displayed in an email you usually get additional links to display the whole message in a web browser. Copying that link to a web browser is probably your best opition. Clicking on it in the email instead may redirect to somewhere unintended.
The main question to pose is: Do you trust the sender? If yes, you can loose the security settings for the sender's email address or domain. If you are unsure, don't click anywhere ....

I would recommend caution and use Qlemo's approach rather than just disabling the security features like some Experts are suggesting.
