we are looking into best practices for overall management of mobile phone/smartphone devices, and wondered if this falls under your remit, what kind of controls/processes/alerts do you have in operation to prevent huge bills/nasty surprises each month on a corporate contract. How do you contain the risk of large bills to the company and how does the overall process of management & monitoring work at your organisation? Are there any common traps/risks to avoid and best practice on how to manage them.

But airwatch is more than capable of monitoring the call times and data usage as well. You could go as far as to say they can't call any numbers other than landlines and other business mobiles on your contract
