I have an SSIS package in Visual Studio 2019 that uses an ODATA connection to pull data from one database and update a table in another SQL Server database. <br />
<br />
An SQL Server Job runs every 5 minutes to execute the package but duplicate data is being populated.<br />
<br />
How can I stop the data from duplicating? <br />
Do I need the SQL Server Job to run this package that has been deployed to the SSIS Service Catalog?

SSIS replaced Data Transformation Services, which had been a feature of SQL Server since Version 7.0.

SQL consists of data definition, data manipulation, and procedural elements. Its scope includes data insert, query, update and delete, schema creation and modification, and data access control.

Microsoft Visual Studio is an integrated development environment (IDE) from Microsoft. It is used to develop computer programs for Microsoft Windows, as well as web sites, web applications and web services. Visual Studio uses Microsoft software development platforms such as Windows API, Windows Forms, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Store and Microsoft Silverlight. It can produce both native code and managed code.
