can I have two exchange accounts in an outlook profile

Often when a user resigns from their position, the administrator who looks after the exchange server can give you permission to access the other user's mail box. Once the administrator  has given you permission to access this new email account, you can add this account to your outlook and it will show up with two separate email accounts in outlook.

You you can have multiple accounts in Outlook if you provide full access from O365 ECP on another mailbox.
