Yes, we are looking for a solution to the latest LTSR with WVD.
1. With the O365 subscription, can I get any discounts on WVD?
2. Else, with WVD, can I get any befits on O365 pricing?
3. What are the extra benefits can I get with WVD? Already I am using Azure VM's as workloads.
4. I have Windows 7 VM's in my On-Prem. Can I export it to WVD?
5. I am using Citrix Cloud premium subscription. So am I need Premium Plus to use WVD?

Citrix is the synonym for the virtualization and application infrastructure systems developed by the company of the same name. Main areas are application virtualization, Software-As-A-Service (SaaS), cloud-computing and networking. The two most well-known are Citrix XenApp or Citrix CloudPlatform.

Microsoft WVD is a cloud only solution in Azure so you wouldn't be able to integrate with your on-premises 7.15 deployment. If you were using the Citrix virtual apps and desktops service then integration with WVD is possible.
With your existing setup it is possible to deploy workloads in Azure by creating a new hosting connection using Studio. You would need to have the appropriate infrastructure in Azure for this to work correctly.
