2) Ensure your temp cleanup only removed files, not the actual top level temp directory.<br />

I did cleaning up all temp folder (%temp%, and under \windows); and The chrome still does not open.<br />

I restart the laptop for the pending &quot;windows update&quot;; and the chrome still does not open.<br />

Then, I try to uninstall the google chrome at “programs &amp;&nbsp;features”, but failed.<br />

The Google Chrome cannot be open.
