HI,

The Google Chrome cannot be open.

I did cleaning up all temp folder (%temp%, and under \windows); and The chrome still does not open.

I restart the laptop for the pending "windows update"; and the chrome still does not open.

Then, I try to uninstall the google chrome at “programs & features”, but failed.

Could you try few 3rd party apps (please try with general precautions)
1. Install Ccleaner and clean the system (https://www.ccleaner.com/), do the cleaning, registry cleaning
2. Install malwarebytes and do a scan system (https://www.malwarebytes.com/)

Try installing Chrome again.
If everything works fine, remove the above 2 programs form your system.

If uninstall fails too, check...

1) Ensure you have plenty of disk space available.

2) Ensure your temp cleanup only removed files, not the actual top level temp directory.

Report back your findings about these 2x items.
