getting a used Macbook Pro : what to check & its # of battery cycles

I'm checking out a used Macbook Pro 15",  768GB flash storage, i7.

Q1:
how do I verify it's an i7  &  the storage is an SSD/flash (not HDD)?

Q2:
There's BatteryInfoView  for Windows which can view how many times
a battery has been used.  Is there a similar freeware for Macbook Pro
running on OSX (think it's the 2nd latest version)?

Q3:
Guess I have to look for scratches/dents on the screen & if its Wifi
works.  Anything else?

Get the serial number before purchase, and then check the stolen equipment web sites to see if it's known to be stolen.
