Earlier reboot fix the issue.. but now it's not working
It's not in tained state. Since I can able to RDP to all the desktops moreover all of them got registered with DDC successfully
In Director Console shows that NO machines available sometimes show REFUSE
Only one specific delivery group desktop got impacted.
Nothing 1101 & 1050, Apart from nothing, all services are running.

Have you checked the event logs on the DDCs and StoreFront servers (under Delivery Services) for any clues?

check licensing within studio ... are licenses available?
Check certificates at DDC-systems. Run into similar problems with expired DDC-certificate.
