Change the default Sent from on a RICOHMP C3004

I am having trouble locating how to change the default sender when using scan to email on a RICOHMP C3004.   Any scans that are sent to anyone internally from the printer show a user by the name of Rose as the sender.   I am logged into the admin portion of the printer however I would like the default sender to say Ricoh Email or something other than her as the sender.   Can someone tell me where in the general settings I can make this change?

For your info I logged into the configuration admin side of the printer under email settings and changed the default SMTP to reflect the incoming email as the sender from the printer thanks.
