You need to turn off the automatic downloading of images in Trust Center.

Hi,

Just read the link.  I have had no problems with Outlook until now; if I turn it off, what should I expect?  or what problems with my incoming emails?

In the thread I found that it could be an email, how can I identify which email is it? (so to delete from outlook)

note that this error is the first time happening to this computer.

Found the email, thanx for the advice - I logged out of Outlook then back on,.  Then I went email by email in the inbox until it display the message.  It was a gmail email that sent a link from theri Google Drive.

Before deleting it, how can view inside the emails, the html, etc. to see that link?

Why do you want to view the email/spam? The best practice is to delete the email.

If you want to view the email, save the email as .msg and you shall see the links when you preview the .msg file in Windows Explorer.

When I said "I haven't delete them" regarding spam, is what in case the problem was in spam (always delete after while and forgot this time).

However the email with the outlook is from a client - so yes, I would like to see the technical part of the email if possible.

Tried you advice and just open the .msg as a regular email.

Is there another way to see inside these .msg file?
