Upgrade from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro.

Looking for a recommendation of the best method to upgrade Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.

I want to do an in-place process, upgrading directly over Windows 7 Pro.
I have 14 workstations to upgrade.

Please at this point, do not recommend a clean install.

The simple and easy was as we are doing our office is:
go to the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3159635/windows-10-update-assistant
and run the assistant, and during the process, there is option to create ISO file, download it and using ISO2disk burn it to USB drive (8GB)

Use this drive to update remaining windows 7 to W10. Each PC takes 30-40 mins to complete.

Short of walking around equipped with a USB stick, you can start the upgrade from a network based setup folder, where you simply unpack the setup files into (or copy them from a setup stick):

\\server\share\setup.exe /auto upgrade /dynamicupdate disable

This can be run manually on an elevated command prompt or by deploying a scheduled task that runs as system account.
