Windows 10 1903 ISO

Hello, I'm looking for Windows 10 1903 ISO, I usually use this link http://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php but can't seem to get there today.
I also found this article https://www.techpowerup.com/255823/psa-how-to-download-the-windows-10-1903-iso-from-ms-without-the-media-creation-tool but it only downloads 1909.

You can't, MS only offers the latest and greatest.

Correct, you need to rely on people who regularly download and archive it (me, for instance). Provide a cloudbased upload, and I'll do it for you (x64 only though)

You can also try rufus, you should have the option to download the version you need.

This is ISO file downloaded from Microsoft. TO install from it you can mount to VM or create USB boot drive but yes you must have a key
