Esxi 6.5 web ui
I have a esxi 6.5 host that when I try to reach the web UI with the browser, I get a 404 Not Found.

It is one that we had at another site. I brought it back to my office and gave it another IP, put it into vcenter with a ROBO license and patched it.
I can get to other hosts ui with this PC.
I can get to the console, and I can SSH to it.
I checked the firewall and the vSphere Web Access is checked.
We want this to be a stand alone host in the end, and NOT in vcenter,

Have you tried the IP Address ?
Tried a different computer and browser ?
Can you ping the ESXi host ?
Can you access via SSH ?
Is this a new install ?
Any VMs running on it ?
Can you get to the console ?
