Outlook jet-lags when called from another program
Whether it is Adobe, Snipping Tool or Sharpdesk. Really no matter what the apps.... when Outlook is called from another program it takes 3, 4 even 5 minutes before Outlook actually pops up once it is called. Brand new computer. I5-8500, 8GB, SSD. Windows 10 Pro so I don't think it is in the computer. Office Home and Business 2019 32-bit.
What could be causing this "jet lag"?

did you try the suggested repair, or repair tyhe pst file
ASKER
Haven't tried repair. That is going to be a last resort. Outlook runs fine by itself. The jetlag only occurs when it is called by another program.
No PST. it is connected to a hosted Exchange account.

does it also happen with another user account?

Right now there is only one user on that computer. I can log in as a different user and test but it will take a while....
