ASKER

I need the details to resolve current problem in Win 2012 server.
Do change the 3310 to 3306 and Test connection
3306 is also not OK.
Disable Firewall for test only on your Server and test again
It this will work just go to advance firewall settings and create inbound and outbound rule for this port
Need in brief details
MySql server is installed in the server machine and it's running or you get this error while installing it.
else MySql was running earlier and due to some changes its not running now?
Such error is on nearly last step of MySQL setup.

I created TCP Inbound/Outbound rules on Firewall, on both port 3306 and 3310. But issue persists.

Make sure you can PING your Host name.
In your test you can test connection and it doesn't have to be because of port settings.
Double check your DNS settings or put hardcoded info about server name and IP into Host file, then test again
Durga,
I already restored the current setup of MySQL but there is no way to run as Administrator below.

User generated imageTom,
Can I have more details to your advised way?
1. Check if your server has only 1 IP
2, Ping your server name and check if will come back with right IP
3. Ping Your server IP -A and check if will come back with right name

Open HOST file as administrator in notebook and put your server name and IP address there

Test after
Please download and install this version MySql 8.0 - https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/file/?id=490395
If you can quickly check from services.msc - MySQL service is there or not
If you still get any error Please do share a screenshot of error after that
Tom,
I would revert.

Durga,
As I need to work with hMailserver further, I would have to work with current 32-bit version of MySQL.
