Evault services workstation

What services impact the plug in for evault and outlook. I am having trouble with a client maintaining connectivity and wanted to bounce the service rather than rebooting the workstation. Under the configure vault cache under "virtual vault" there is a section and this keeps getting unchecked. I checked network connectivity and other apps work without issue.
