Which .PDF editor is better
Acrobat alternative.
Can everyone please let me know what pdf editor/creator that you use. One of my clients needs a few licenses and I am looking at Foxit and Nitro. Please let me know your OPINIONS on which is better of the two or if you know of a better one. I am looking for a one time purchase and not a subscription.

Well... Why not just use https://www.libreoffice.org which runs on Linux/OSX/Windows + is free.
With LibreOffice you maintain content in a common format (ODF), then export content to many other formats, including PDF.
Free Licenses == Best Licenses

Ya Joe im not looking for free just usable with a lot of features for a reasonable price.
For what it's worth, I had needs for a PDF editing tool, and couldn't justify the cost of Adobe solutions for my personal use, so looked at some of the options out there and settles on PDF-XChange. So far it is serving me well and has been able to do the basic editing that I needed. Of course, everyone's needs are different, so review for yourself and compare to your needs.
