Can somebody confirm that MFA is not available anymore on new tenant? I have a client whoa has purchase O365 E3 and he wants MFA

I had some informations saying that this is not free of charge anymore on new tenants

It's kind of the opposite. Previously, Azure MFA was free for admins only, now it's free for users as well. What's not available anymore is the MFA server and purchasing consumption-based MFA subscriptions, but that shouldnt concern you.
