Which PDF editor is best for editing PDF image
Hi There are a lot PDF editors on the market. Anyone can suggest best one which can edit PDF picture/image? thank you

Can you define what you mean by edit? or edit the image?I want to copy/paste/edit picture in PDF file as easy as in Word and Photoshop

Photoshop needs some upgraded windows. I can see Acrobat Pro DC is Ok, but it does not have move functions. Thank you!

For editing the image, you would want to use an image editor. I use Photoshop which can open the pdf and extract the image and allow you to have fine tune control for just about whatever you can imagine.
There are pdf editors like https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/acrobat-pro.html or https://www.kofax.com/Products/imaging that allow you to do some basic editing of the pdf. Typically a pdf is going to be made by another product and saved in pdf format. That means you can do some basic text editing or object manipulation. For editing images, depending on what you want to do, it may be best to use an image editing software.
