Try to delete and re add the profile, if this is still not working then try to rename or delete the ost.

If Outlook does not search all of your emails correctly, you can rebuild the Outlook search index to fix:

1. In Microsoft Outlook 365 click on the File tab
2. Click on Options and Search
3. Next click on Indexing Options
4. You should now see which locations are being indexed, click on the Advanced button
5. Once the advanced option has opened you will see in the section named Troubleshooting section you have the option to Rebuild, click this option
6. Rebuilding will take some time, so make sure to leave your System running for a while

As Suggested by Ugra Narayan, do the indexing.
if still not working, Right click computer, Properties - General - uncheck Allow files on this drive to have contents indexed
and choose this drive only, after completion check again.

Further, if outlook not allowing to search, try run in safe mode by pressing Ctrl key and click outlook at startmenu,
and also type outlook.exe /resetnavpane in Run box.

If all the above working, delete the outlook profile at Control Panel - Mail - create new profile.
