Unable to connect to 2019 RRAS VPN

I am setting up a Server 2019 RRAS .  When I try to connect I get the message "The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it was completed" on the client. I have setup the RRAS for PPTP with a static ip range defined.  I setup a NPS policy as well.  I have tested with portqry to make sure it is listening on port 1723.

If you are seeing this from a remote location, I would suggest initial testing on the same LAN as the server to remove the possibility of any firewalls blocking PPTP.

I am able to connect locally.  I am working with firewall company(Sonicwall) to resolve the issue.  They have verified my settings are correct, firmware is updated but still failing.

The firmware update was the solution.  I was testing with my personal VPN connected.  That was causing the failure at that point.
