Thank you for your question.

SBS2011 is old and it's an "all-in-one" I would not add anything else to that explosive mix.

As an orphaned Small Business Server Microsoft MVP (now in High Availability), I can say that it is not a good idea to put any A/V client with or without built-in firewall on a SBS server.

While I  value both the other contributor's comments, I have a client where we ran sophos on the server (SBS2011) and all workstations without issue.   But there is a difference between the desktop version and the server version.   If this is what you want...then you do this as a managed setup with a console from Sophos that manages licenses, updates...alerts if anything found...etc

Most questions these days are about how to get off SBS 2011 as it is very soon out of support (January 2020).

I highly suggest starting a migration plan to a supported platform.
