The f4 repeat key in Excel for Windows has stopped working, and no longer repeats the last action.

Windows 10 Pro, Office 365.
The only addition I see to Excel is a QuickBooks menu item.

The f4 repeat key in Excel (Win 10, Office 365) has stopped working
