Thank you for your reply. I mean I have archive application (I wrote the code) that can capture image from scanner now and its working fine with windows 7. However, as you know windows 7 reach to end of live by January 2020. I tried the application on windows 10 and found that the application scanner not working so I will need to update the code for the user that have computer running windows 10 on their machine <br />

The scanners are HP 7500 and HP 3500f and they are support TWAIN, WIA, ISIS.<br />
