Wireless Microsoft Mouse
Hi,
I have a wireless mouse (Microsoft product); the USB dongle has been paired with this mouse (and also keyboard). (please see the attachment)
Question: Where can I get the software to pair it (Sometimes, I have the usb dongle, but different mouse which is ORIGINALLY (paired by Microsoft).
Thanks,
tjie

is the mouse bluetooth? If so you can do it from the windows settings or you can use the https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4051843/accessories-mouse-keyboard-center-download software.
This is the MS Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse
Although you can download drivers here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4034170/which-devices-are-supported-by-microsoft-mouse-and-keyboard-center
the connection is a standard 27MHz twin channel connection using firmware in the dongle and mouse which you can't download as that is built-in at the factory.

Logitech mouse usually allows to pair with another dongle, they allow the software to override the existing settings. Microsoft one is not possible it seems.
