the first 2 steps are easy. You can use Process.Start and pass "chrome www.yoururl.com" as the argument.

Clicking the button will be more complicated. You will need to do screen scraping (http://highoncoding.com/Articles/105_HTML_Screen_Scraping_using_C___Net_WebClient.aspx) or some other kind of document parsing but that cannot be done in the Chrome browser you just opened because your C# app won't be able to use it.
