Are there good and bad coded forms ?

customer notices spam starting to arrive to his own account via their www enquiry form for the first time. The start of a flood perhaps.

I control the exchange email account but not the www form

so is there anything that the web designers can do to tighten up the code on the form?

thanks

At the very least, make sure the webform has Captcha device running. Should be pretty easy for your WebDev to setup using Google ReCaptcha service - https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/v3.html

It won't prevent all the spam, but it should prevent auto-submissions of your form, which is where most of it comes from
