Exchange 2016, Outlook 2019 -- REPLY FROM email address ?

Currently anytime I REPLY th below
step#3 REPLIES as my DEFAULT email address

Does anyone have a solution to the
below step#3 since I do NOT want to
 1. have 20+ seperate mailboxes and
 2. manually pick the FROM when replying ?

  ** one account setup like attached

CLIENT
  ** Windows 10 Pro
  ** Outlook 2019

Test #1
 1. someone emails my testuser1@domain.com
 2. message appears in my INBOX with all other testuser1, testuser2, etc messages
 3. when I click reply it shows as testuser1@domain.com

Test #2
 1. someone emails my testuser2@domain.com
 2. message appears in my INBOX with all other testuser1, testuser2, etc messages
 3. when I click reply it shows as testuser2@domain.com

Test #3
 1. someone emails my testuser3@domain.com
 2. message appears in my INBOX with all other testuser1, testuser2, etc messages
 3. when I click reply it shows as testuser3@domain.com

 1. someone emails my testuser4@domain.com
 2. message appears in my INBOX with all other testuser1, testuser2, etc messages
 3. when I click reply it shows as testuser4@domain.com

It will always reply as your default SMTP address unless you manually change it with the FROM address through Outlook.  
Theoretically, you could try to set up a vbscript/VBA macro to reply as the mailbox it was sent to - you'd have to manually code it though.
