i am asking for a good power supply..
Unsure what "good" might mean as "good" will have different meanings for different people.

Generally your power + budget + noise requirements will determine what you purchase.

For example, https://graphicscardhub.com/best-fanless-psu/ is what "good" means to me. Since audio + video recording provides high contribution to my income, my primary requirement is having a low noise recording environment all the time (which is why I use iMacs).

If I were building a machine from scratch or replacing a PSU, I'd personally start with a fanless PSU + likely also use closed loop water cooling for my CPU + memory.

Note: This is what "good" means to me.

What "good" means to you... requires you providing your definition of "good"...

Once you've clearly shared what "good" means to you - power draw + budget + noise requirements - likely you'll have some great suggestions.
Ha, need to get better glasses :)

What are you intending to connect up?

Then look at the Gold rather than Bronze versions of supply

I use mainly EVA
if your cpu is overheating changing the psu isn't going to fix anything. replace your existing cooling system.  liquid coolers work better than air coolers but may be overkill.. you need to monitor your temperatures first to see if that is your problem.
In addition to what David Johnson provided, checking your ventilation could help also.

Make sure you're getting adequate air flow. Cleaning or replacing clogged intake/exhaust fans , vents etc (if any) can help.

In extreme cases, cleaning and reapplying the CPU's thermal grease "can" go far in helping as well
you said" i am getting automatic restarts thermal driven i think"   how do you come to that conclusion?
if unsure run one of these to check it :  https://listoffreeware.com/best-free-cpu-temperature-monitor-software-windows/
and post results ( a screenshot?)

i have used speedfan a lot for that

as for the PSU i would recommend any PSU of 400 W ( unless you have a power hungru video - or other - card; which has a 12 Cm fan - NOT a 9cm fan
reason : the 12 cm fans run MUCH slower , and don't create any discerneable noise
