SAGE Quantum 50 Updates on new Wn 10 Pro can't see the network Mapped drives.
I was shown a reg edit to correct Windows 10 inability to see network shares in the network browser.
This happens when applying update to Sage and the update looks for the Company Data. Our DB's reside on the P: drive mapped to all the workstations. P: points to \\CRMSSAGE\PEACHTREE. This started after replacing all the windows 7 PC's.

this is a windows 10 security that during install it may not see network drives. Saw a notice to the same in another software install.
One is to install the software as "local" and then go through the application and configure it for the network path.
If not mistaken, sage includes a dummy/example DB locally installed on the workstation.
Presumably, you would need to install the update on the server and that is when the DB will be updated.

Thanks that won't do for this environment to many endpoints.
Sage has a reg fix. This is a feature that is turned off in Windows 10. I had the file but lost it.

Unfortunately, While saw the notice, was not impacted by it. Do not remember seeing a registry reference as a fix...... in my current case. also went from 7 to 10.
