Hi Experts,<br />

I am trying to reset Windows 10 without saving any files.<br />
<br />
On my first attempt it hung at 87%.<br />
Second attempt it hung at 1%.<br />
The PC still boots Windows and prompts for one of the logins.<br />
<br />
I have downloaded Windows 10 x64 (November 2019 edition) to a USB memory stick, thinking I would do a clean install.<br />
<br />
But I am stymied trying to get to the BIOS or the Boot Menu - I have been trying pressing ESC many times to no avail.<br />

Windows 10 is a personal computer operating system featuring the "universal application architecture" (UAP); apps can be designed to run across multiple devices with nearly identical code, including PCs, tablets, smartphones, embedded systems, Xbox One, Surface Hub and HoloLens. Windows 10

Windows OS
