I am unable to access the App Store (for some reason it is blocked). Is there any other way to restore my email icon apart from getting it from the App Store? &nbsp;I am able to access emails through my browser. But I want to be able to do this through the Missing Email icon .

I am unable to access the App Store (for some reason it is blocked). Is there any other way to restore my email icon apart from getting it from the App Store?  I am able to access emails through my browser. But I want to be able to do this through the Missing Email icon .
