In Adobe Acrobat Pro how do I enable the option to copy the selected text into Highlights, annotations and comments?

Looks like the last selection of the commenting options.  That seems to keep it persistent.  Am I right?  So that it always copies text of highlights.

Yes...but to be clear on exactly what it does, let's say you select some text, then click the "Highlight text" icon on the Comment toolbar. When that last option box is checked, the selected text is highlighted AND automatically placed into the pop-up. When that last box is not checked, the selected text is highlighted BUT NOT automatically placed into the pop-up. Regards, Joe
