How do I create Hardware Profiles in W10

Hi -- I have a laptop with a docking station.  I'm trying to create two hardware profiles for the laptop -- Docked and Undocked. When I google this, everyone seems to recommend the following steps:

1.  Open System utility from Control Panel.
2.  In the System utility, select the Hardware tab, then click Hardware Profiles.
3. This opens the dialog box in which the active profile (the one currently being used) is listed as (Current).
4. The default profile highlighted at startup is determined by the profile's position in the Available Hardware Profiles list.
5. To set a profile as the default, select it, then click the up arrow until the profile is at the top of the list.

I don't see a "Hardware Profiles" tab (step 2 above)...or anywhere in Control Panel on W10.  I'm running W10, Version 1909.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I posed the question because I took an exam with this question:

John Smith uses a laptop with some USB ports in the office.  He wants to take the laptop on the road. When he removes the laptop from the docking station he discovers the USB ports don't work.  As system administrator, what action should you take to enable the USB ports again?

A) Enable the USB ports in the BIOS.
B) Enable the USB ports in the Undocked hardware profile.
C) Select "Power options," then "Advanced" and then enable the USB ports.

I eliminated A because if the USB ports were disabled in the BIOS, I don't think they would have worked in the docking station.
I eliminated C for the same reason.
That left B (which I think was from an old test related to WinXP)

Make sense or am I missing something?
