What's the difference formatting a 32 gig USB 3.0 flash drive with FAT32, exFAT, or NTFS?
How about allocation unit size?

Finally, how can I evaluate the brands of flash drives?

FAT32 - Individual files on a FAT32 drive can’t be over 4 GB in size
NTFS - Huge + It supports file permissions for security
ExFAT - It’s a file system optimized for flash drives.

You can google for more details, like this link: https://www.ilicomm.com/whats-the-difference-between-fat32-exfat-and-ntfs/

How can I evaluate the brands of flash drives?
It depends on different criteria: Like Quality of memory chip, Metal or plastic, PCB, Size, thickness, speed, brands etc.
Again, also depends on individual preferences.
