Hi
Plz Don't ask how or why,
but I left my iPhone at the table this morning at breakfast group.
I didn't have a tracker app.

What is the worst they can do?
They can remove my chip and re-sell it?

Is there anyway it can be traced?

What should I do?

Thanks

Call your carrier and report it stolen.

Goto the above link and logon with your Apple ID and password.

If you have enabled FInd My iPhone in the iCloud settings of your iPhone and your iPhone is connected to the Internet, you can trace it.

What is the worst they can do?

Have you enabled Touch ID or Face ID (if you are having an iPhone 11)?

If yes, your personal data should be safe. The worst they can do is to sell it to the black market as they can reset your iPhone and remove your iCloud activation lock and the buyer can use your iPhone.

What should I do?

Logon to https://www.icloud.com/find/ and see whether you can still see your iPhone in your list of iDevices.

Thanks

I will definitely get a tracker system tomorrow, cause I would have seen that its location was in my domicile.

I think I must have gone straight to the restroom once I returned home (from old-boys breakfast) and casually rested it down. I video-chatted my mom to phone it, but I didn't hear it being called, cause it was in an enclosed area.
