Error while publishing  report with dynamic cascade params in CR Enterprise  . Error:The server with kind rptappserver returned an error result. Failed to copy the report file to the report object. Refreshing the report object properties might have failed. Failed to read data from report file . Reason: Failed to read parameter object

Report runs OK in developer .  Also  when first published, ensured "Update Repository" box on the Save As is selected. User is added to admin group as last resort.No effect.
Also
-Verified the database

- File--> printer-->Ensured 'No Printer' is checked
Restarted RAS server and also all the servers . Since this did not fix, when to CCM and restarted Apache TOmcat & application servers.
What could be the soluction ? CR enterprise  BO 11 4.1 . BVM isn't available because its CR enterprise ?

Did you happen to upgrade Crystal Reports?

IS this Crystal Reports for Enterprise or Crystal Reports 20xx?

Does the user have database permissions?

Update: Did the refresh of repository and also opened all the sub reports and save again and  it worked
