Office 365 Routing Issue

I've recently had our website host setup my company site so that interested parties can apply directly on our website. I've confirmed that the applications are populating in our website database. Furthermore, whenever an application has been submitted, it's supposed to be routed to my HR Manager. For whatever reason, those emails are not being delivered. The emails are not being quarantined or sent to the junk folder. Performing a message trace yields no results. I've white-listed both sender addresses, domains, and the IP address. However, i'm still not receiving those emails. I've tested it with an email outside of my email domain, and received the email without issue (i'll attach the message headers).  Please advise as to what's happening.

Message headers not attached.
Do you have an SPF record for your domain?  Does it somehow include the IP address of your web server?
Please attach the headers for review.

I do have a SPF record, and it does not include the IP of  the web server, as the web server is externally hosted.

You have a properly formed SPF record for KRB but no SPF record for KNGPL.
I would recommend you delete the file you uploaded to remove your PII from EE.
Is your Exchange system a hybrid or strictly cloud?
From the web server, are there any indications from PHPMailer as to the potential causes/message delivery failures?  This may be a question for your hosting company who should be able to provide detailed logs.  They may also need to increase the logging level of PHPMailer.  Have them set SMTPDebug = 2 or higher, so they (and you) will see what the remote SMTP server says. Very often this will tell you exactly what is wrong - things like "Incorrect password", or sometimes a URL of a page to help you diagnose the problem.

Thanks for the detailed response. The exchange system is strictly cloud. I'll check with my hosting company regarding those logs related to PHPMailer.
