Office 365 Routing Issue

I've recently had our website host setup my company site so that interested parties can apply directly on our website. I've confirmed that the applications are populating in our website database. Furthermore, whenever an application has been submitted, it's supposed to be routed to my HR Manager. For whatever reason, those emails are not being delivered. The emails are not being quarantined or sent to the junk folder. Performing a message trace yields no results. I've white-listed both sender addresses, domains, and the IP address. However, i'm still not receiving those emails. I've tested it with an email outside of my email domain, and received the email without issue (i'll attach the message headers).  Please advise as to what's happening.

Message headers not attached.
Do you have an SPF record for your domain?  Does it somehow include the IP address of your web server?
Please attach the headers for review.

ASKER

I do have a SPF record, and it does not include the IP of  the web server, as the web server is externally hosted.

Thanks for the detailed response. The exchange system is strictly cloud. I'll check with my hosting company regarding those logs related to PHPMailer.
