How do I enable Microsoft Edge InPrivate Browsing for a child's account?

My child has his internet content restricted using Microsoft Family Safety. He wants to go to a site that is permitted, but he wants  to do so with an InPrivate window. This does not seem to be available.

Can it be made available? If so, how do I enable this for him?

Thank you.

InPrivate hides the users web activity. In the case of a child's account activating the feature would mean parents would not be able to monitor the web activity of their child

Because of this, the feature is unavailable and as far as I know not an option for use within a child account
