I ordered a car seat from amazon and I received a message that it was damaged during delivery and had to be returned to the shipper. That is the last correspondence I received. I have not been refunded my money on credit card or told that a replacement is coming. It's been 2 weeks. I have been on amazon.com and looked at getting a refund, but the choices for a refund do not exactly say that the item was damaged in shipping and needed to be returned to shipper. The options are damaged when arrived, or changed mind, or something else that would indicated I would need to return the item. Well, I don't have the item. Any ideas on how I would go about resolving this?
