I have installed all of the Windows UpDates and rebooted. &nbsp;Running Windows 10 Build 1903. &nbsp;<br />

It has been at 51% for 2 hours. &nbsp;<br />

I have installed all of the Windows UpDates and rebooted.  Running Windows 10 Build 1903.

It has been at 51% for 2 hours.
